(when ordering spare parts pls name the serial number & year of issue of the equipment it goes with)
- Describe thorough technical characteristics (see specifications below);
- Indicate the place of exploitation (tropical, temperate climate etc.);
- Define the conditions of shipment.

Drilling, mining and concentrating equipment produced by “Rudgormash” JSC pertains to technically multiplex equipment and provided with a guarantee.
During the warranty period in order to increase the reliability of work and to perform qualitative installation of newly arrived drilling, mining and concentrating equipment experts of after-sales service of “Rudgormash” JSC perform:
- The qualified technical help in installation (erection supervision), the control over observance of instructions on installation.
- The start-up and adjustment works, regime adjustment of separate units and systems, delivery of the drilling, mining and concentrating equipment in operation.
- Monitoring works, operative elimination of the arisen breakdowns, failures and malfunctions.

The Quality Management System
At “Rudgormash” PJSC the system of quality management functions. Conformity SQM to requirements of international standard ISO 9001:1994 has been confirmed with the certificate given by body on certification TÜV CERT in 1998.
SQM is in process of constant development. In September, 2001 the enterprise has successfully sustained repeated certified audit which is carried out every three years.
The important event for the organizations and experts, whose activity is connected to quality, was an acceptance by the international organization on standardization of standards ISО of a series 9000 version 2000. Requirements of the new version of standards are much wider; they have obviously expressed market character.
The basic attention is given orientation to the consumer, to development of the process approach, questions of gathering and the analysis of the data.

Goods delivery
The manufacturing unit of RUDGORMASH is situated in Voronezh, Chebysheva str., h.13. The location of the site is very attractive for purposes of logistics.
For those companies which can not collect the goods at our warehouses at the manufacturing site we offer delivery by auto or by railway.
The loading and securing of goods on the railway vehicle is performed on the territory of RUDGORMASH by a team of sling operators under the expert supervision.
