Rudgormash increases its labor productivity.
Our company was included in the National Project to Increase Labor Productivity. The goal of this project is to increase the efficiency of production and the efficiency of the entire enterprise. For Rudgormash, this is an excellent opportunity to become more competitive in the modern conditions of a changing market.
Flexibility and sustainability, the ability to adapt to customer requirements and promptly respond to market changes, cost-effectiveness in the use of material, time and human resources are the main requirements for modern production, regardless of its scale. Implementation of this project is our response to the current market challenges.
As a pilot production stream a wagon assembly site was selected. At the selected site, the employees of our company, together with experts from the FCC, will optimize the current production process: map the flow (graphically display its current state and target state), identify problem areas and find solutions to eliminate them, conduct timing and implement improvements. In the future, the results achieved at this reference site will be broadcast to other divisions of the plant.
A working group has been formed to implement the project. It includes:
Head of the workshop No. 11 - Kuleshenko Sergey Vadimovich,
Deputy head of the workshop No. 4 - Stegantsev Andrey Mikhailovich,
Deputy Head of the workshop # 7 - Alexander Sergeevich Chernykh,
Head of workshophop No. 10 - Zhilenko Alexey Nikovlaevich,
Head of the the planning shop-to-shop routing department - Boev Sergey Anatolyevich,
Design engineer of the 2nd category - Pomogalov Ivan Ivanovich
Head of the technical control bureau - Lipilin Andrey Georgievich.
A labor productivity project is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and knowledge that can be used to cascade changes and improve production processes in the future.
Each employee of the company involved in the process of change makes an invaluable contribution to the stable future of our company.
