Lebedinski GOK welcomes Rudgormash team. #WeBelongTogether. On-site conference in Gubkin city.

This time our specialists visited one of the largest Russian iron ore manufacturers – Lebedinski GOK. The company is situated in Gubkin city of Belgorod region. The company is a subsidiary of a large metallurgical holding “Metalloinvest”. Lebedinski quarry is mentioned in the Guiness Book of World Records as the largest open pit mine in the world.

We have been closely cooperating with this company for many years. Our strategic partnership is based on new developments and on-site testings of the newly designed machinery for the quarry.

This time we came to talk about Rudgormash drilling rigs. Many of those ideas represented by our technical experts were attractive for Lebedinski GOK representatives.

The new developments introduced by our design engineers impressed and surprised the top management of the drilling and blasting department that operate our drilling rigs SBSH-250. They expressed their desire to see the modernized drills “alive” and evaluate the offered advantages of the new drills. In the end of June and in the beginning of July we plan to discharge two drilling rigs made according to the new technical order for Mikhailovski and Stoylenski GOK. Taking advantage of this opportunity we invited the team of Lebedinski GOK to participate in delivery-ecceptance testings of one of the drilling rigs on the territory of Rudgormash and discuss all the details directly with the owners.

Another part of the meeting took place in the quarry of Lebedinski GOK. Rudgormash service experts examined the drills working in the mine and shared their recommendations on the adjustment of the optimal drilling parameters to improve the machine productivity.

We thank the team members of Lebedinski GOK for their open interest in negotiations. It was nice to receive a positive feedback about SBSH-250 in the first hand again.

It is vital for us to understand what tasks are set before our engineers, technicians and machine operators in a quarry, so that we could offer the best settlement. During this trip we have shown our clients that we are ready for a productive dialogue and are capable of producing a technically complicated equipment suitable for exploitation in hard mining and geological conditions of a quarry.
