Separators PBM-PP-150/300 sucessfully passed factory tests and are ready to be shipped to its owner.

DRUM SEPARATORS  PBM-PP-150/300 FOR WET SEPARATION OF HIGHLY MAGNETIC ORES.

Two magnetic drum separators PBM-PP-150/300 with a half counterflow bath were successfully tested in presence of our customers in one of the production departments of RUDGORMASH group of companies (LLC “Obogatitelnoye oborudovaniye”).

 The drum of the separators are equipped with the outer drives of reduction motors made by Bonfiglioli. The separators’ curbs, end covers, boxes, bathes, discharge chutes, box receivers, feeding pipes are covered with antiwear polyurethane covering that provides service life for not less than 18000 hours (period between capital repairs).

 The application of modern magnets allows us to manufacture separators with magnetic induction of 0,16Tsl in compliance with the client’s requirements.
