In the production department No 10 we have proceeded to the production of several types of machines. The throw–screens GIT-73 and GIT-52M are going to concentrating plants situated 1350 km away from each other, though the screens will be doing practically the same work. They will process crushed rock.

GIT-73 vibrating screen is one of the largest screening machines among heavy self-balanced screens manufactured by Rudgormash. According to the customer’s technical order the throw-screen has been equipped with the upper perforated screening surface and two lower wire-mesh screening surfaces for ore separation into 4 types in order of size. The separated product will enable our customer to broaden the product range at its manufacturing complex.

GIT-52M vibrating screen represents the “middle class” machines among heavy self-balanced screens. It is almost two times lighter than its co-brother and has rather moderate dimensions. However the technical capacities of this screen will allow the owner to feed in the lumps of rock up to 400 mm in diameter. This vibrating screen can be truly named one of the most productive machines among heavy self-balanced throw screens manufactured at Rudgormash (feedstock output – up to 1235 t/h).
