Rudgormash increases its labor productivity.

Our company was included in the National Project to Increase Labor Productivity. The goal of this project is to increase the efficiency of production and the efficiency of the entire enterprise. For Rudgormash, this is an excellent opportunity to become more competitive in the modern conditions of a changing market.

Flexibility and sustainability, the ability to adapt to customer requirements and promptly respond to market changes, cost-effectiveness in the use of material, time and human resources are the main requirements for modern production, regardless of its scale. Implementation of this project is our response to the current market challenges.

As a pilot production stream a wagon assembly site was selected. At the selected site, the employees of our company, together with experts from the FCC, will optimize the current production process: map the flow (graphically display its current state and target state), identify problem areas and find solutions to eliminate them, conduct timing and implement improvements. In the future, the results achieved at this reference site will be broadcast to other divisions of the plant.
